Can you tell me some Tapas recipes?

From as simple as marinated Spanish olives to more complex dishes with intentional ingredients that compliment each other.Just remember that the whole idea of a Tapas is to be small. It could just be something on a toothpick or a small portion of something on a plate to be easily eaten.Maybe just a shrimp with a piece of spicy sausage.
