Carli Watterson: Insurance company won't let get an insurance for a cosmetic purpose. It must medically important. Just pull out money from your parents if you really want to get that.
David Boehler: i said "WE won't be able to pay for it" not "THEY" so no, i don't expect or want my parents to have to deal with the whole thing financially, i'm trying to help out as well. soo thanks for reading & trying to help
Frances Macky: Let me understand this correctly: You really really want this surgery, but not enough to pay for it yourself. You ONLY want this surgery, really, really badly, if someone ELSE picks up the tab for it?One reason insurance doesn't cover cosmetic stuff, is no matter how much you "think" you need it for your mental health, it's not going to work. People who are unsatisfied, and demand corrective measures like cosmetic surgery, STILL aren't happy afterwards. They just keep going back, and going back, and NEVER learn how to be happy with th! emselves. When you want it badly enough to work two full time jobs, 80 to 100 hours a week to pay for it, THEN you really want it. While you only want it if someone else pays for it, you don't want it badly enough....Show more
Kaley Lappas: Have your parents buy insurance and put you on it. But, cosmetic surgery isn't covered, so it wouldn't do much good. Breast implants aren't covered under insurance when they boost the person's self esteem.
Irving Jordahl: You cannot get insurance for this.If paying for it is not an option, then you cannot get it.Insurance is for things you need, not for things you want. This is something you want, not something you need.Even if you get insurance, with or without a mental health claim, the insurance will not pay for this surgery. The only situations in which insurance pays for surgery that is cosmetic, is not needed due to a medical problem, and is wanted only because of the way you look, are:1. Fixing severe birth defects, ! such as cleft palette2. Treatment of disfiguring disease3. Bre! ast reconstruction following mastectomy4. Breast surgery to make the breasts match each other again after breast cancer surgery changes one of them5. Repairing damage to the body, like reattaching an ear the is accidentally severed...Show more
