Alternative to protein shakes?

Marion Wieboldt: i read in men's health mag. that a glass of milk after you're work out is as good if not better than protein drinks, ive used muscle milk before and i did gain muscle, but then i read the article and sense have only drank milk. it has to be with in an hour of working out...

Charlotte Bryar: Whey, Soy, whatever jamba juice uses for their protein, muslce milk drinks, a few others.. All the same side effects, my throat closes up.. I've got to be allergic to something in the protein mixes.

Tana Dumoulin: What kind of protein have you tried? Have you tried Whey? It is the highest quality available. If so, have you tried Soy?There are many types of protein, and if for some reason you can't take one type I would try another, until you find one that works.

Lu Snide: Drink a large glass of chocolate milk after every work out. Chocolate milk helps repair and build muscle tissue. Plus it's refreshing and tastes good.
