Bleeding gums as the first signs of periodontal disease... the first stage being gingivitis. If it is just gingivitis, you can reverse this by brushing 2-3 times a day with a soft toothbrush and flossing at least once a day. You! will notice that the more you do it the less your gums will bleed and eventually the bleeding will stop. Also, make sure to see your dentist every 6 months for a regular cleaning and exam... the cleaning at a dental office will remove tarter that you cannot remove yourself. However, get in to see your dentist as soon as possible to make sure you do not have a more advanced stage of periodontal disease....answers 7:At 1st without any delay visit your nearest dentists, bleeding happens due to shortage of vitamins and minerals, you must intake good amount of water daily with fresh fruits and vegetables this would help you to maintain your daily nutrients.
