What are some contemporary teen authors?

I'm not sure but if you're looking for authors that write teen fiction
I would definitely recommend Chris Crutcher. He writes "realistic"
fiction for teens and doesn't dumb it down. He's also not afraid to
tell it like it is.

have tons listed..their bios, books they have written, etc....this is
a great website for finding books........I use bookreporter.com alot
for the same reasons.

written a book when she was one.
answers7: Just looked at a site for Chris Wooding, and he had his
first book published at... hmm, 18 or 19. To me, that age is still a
