Truman Biby: When the Republic was founded I think the only corporations in the world were Imperial ones run by the British and Dutch governments. So the founding fathers didn't like corporations, or at least not the ones they knew about since they were fighting for their freedom from those same Imperialists.

Timmy Bustard: There was a time when it was a crime for corporations to try to sway the outcome of elections. They were very closely watched. Now, thanks to the conservative Supreme Court, corporations are people and can spend unlimited amounts of money on campaigns. Our Founders are rolling in their graves.
